Courage in Dating
Fulfillment in Companionship
Satisfaction in Sex
Authenticity in Intimacy
At Safe to Love, we believe that real intimacy begins with safety, the kind that starts within and extends outward into our relationships. Most of us were never taught how to love in a way that feels secure, clear, and deeply fulfilling.
We're here to change that.
Through coaching, conversation, and community, we guide people back to their truest selves, so they can stop performing love and start experiencing it.
To guide individuals through deep inner work so they can love, connect, and relate from a place of truth, clarity, and self-leadership.

Hi! I'm April Benincosa
Certified Coach | Intimacy Guide | Parts Work Facilitator
I help people remember who they are beneath the survival strategies, shame, and outdated relationship patterns.
Through a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, I guide clients, both men and women, to reconnect with their inner world and lead from a place of clarity, compassion, and self-trust. I specialize in helping you become self-led in love, so you're no longer hijacked by your inner critic, wounded child, or avoidant protector.
My work is gentle, deep, and transformational.
Together, we create space for real intimacy, the kind that starts inside and ripples out into every connection you make.

Hi! I'm Chad Kirk Nielson
.Men’s Group Leader | Tantric Intimacy Coach | Recovery Mentor
I work with men who are ready to drop the mask and build something real
.
My background in 12-step recovery (AA) taught me the power of radical honesty, accountability, and brotherhood. As a certified tantric intimacy coach, I now guide men into deeper connection with themselves and others, through presence, embodiment, and emotional courage.
I partake in men’s groups focused on creating safety, trust, and strength through vulnerability. My coaching is rooted in both discipline and depth, showing you how to stay grounded while opening to intimacy in a way that feels safe.
