Throughout this container, we’ll draw inspiration from archetypal frameworks – including the work of
Caroline Myss and
Robert Moore & Douglas Gillette – to explore different parts of ourselves and how they can come into greater alignment. We will use the concept of archetypes as a guide to explore both the “healthy” and “shadow” expressions of our inner patterns – our survival strategies, our instincts, our drives, and our gifts.
The concept of Archetypes may seem like woo-woo magic theory, but they offer a practical roadmap for deeper exploration of ourselves. This is about learning to recognize the parts of you that take the wheel – not so you can wrestle control away from them, but so you can understand
why they’re showing up in the first place.
Because as we stop hating our own shadows, we also stop denying our own brilliance. When we learn to hold the Boy, we also find the Warrior.
You might start to notice:
- The Magician in you who knows how to read the room – but hides behind analysis to avoid vulnerability
- The Lover in you who feels deeply – but collapses when rejected
- The Warrior in you who gets shit done – but can’t slow down
- The Victim in you who tells you you’re always being misunderstood
- The King in you who wants to bless and build – but doesn’t trust his own authority
- The Prostitute in you who trades truth for safety
- The Boy in you who still longs to be chosen – or to be wild
We don’t label these parts to judge them.
We name them so we can meet them – and eventually, lead them.
This work isn’t about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming whole.
